Lavenham - Sole plate and stud replacement and lime plastering
The section of sole plate and studs were rotten from many years of being encased in cement render and non-breathable plasters. The oak timber frame was replaced and new wood fiber insulation was installed between the studs and breathable lime plaster applied

Norfolk New Build
A complete 4 bedroom new build plastering job. All plaster boarding of walls and ceilings carried out by us and multi-finish plaster throughout. We take on all kinds of modern plastering work, skimming, dot & dab, reskims.

Norfolk farmhouse - Internal Lime plastering
Beautiful curved corners on this fireplace. All walls on this property were taken back to the clay lump and then replastered with a highly insulated hemp scratch coat and then topped with a fine chalk and lime plaster. The house now boasts breathable and insulated walls eradicating the damp issues of the past.

Suffolk, grade II listed - New sole plate and studs.
The timber frame of this beautiful 15 century house in Suffolk was sadly in a bad way after many years of abuse through bad repairs and non-suitable materials. The old rotten and decayed frame was removed and a new oak framing was installed. The framing was insulated and then lathed and plastered with a lime & chalk breathable render.
